Bridge of Hope provides family and community support services through our Day Centers, Job Placement and Training Centers, and Bridge of Hope Medical Centers.
Bridge Of Hope Day Centers offer programs and services with varying levels of intensity and flexibility where we guide the veteran towards their needs. This is based on their individual circumstances. It is our goal that by the end of our programs each veteran will be self-sufficient, and able to live independently with zero to minimal assistance needed from outside resources.
The T.T.I.P. is a custom designed training program developed by Bridge of Hope Counseling Centers Inc that provides group and individual training. Our Assessment services are individually based and developed according to the need of the veteran. These unique and highly successful services and training programs for our day centers are offered to displaced veterans 40 (forty) hours a week, Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.
Bridge of Hope Outpatient Medical Centers provide Mental and Behavioral Health treatments as well as Medically Assisted Therapy (M.A.T.) treatments for those in need
